Let’s talk newsletters! I have tried most every mailing list out there today – from Mailerlite to MailChimp to ConvertKIt. I enjoyed features of each, but didn’t really find one I *loved*. Until Flodesk.
The last service I had been using was MailChimp. It was free, it worked well enough and I could send out what I needed to. I didn’t love it. I found it clunky and limited and it was hard, as a designer, to look past some of the boring and kind of ugly design options they provided.
But then I found Flodesk and I switched and haven’t looked back since.
Here are the top 3 reasons I switched from MailChimp to Flodesk:
❶ Flodesk is SO much easier to use!
With beautiful templates and an easy-to-use click and drag interface, creating new emails with Flodesks takes minutes.
Workflows, automations and campaigns are so much easier to use and are much more intuitive. I set up a workflow in just under fifteen minutes for a 6 series email!
While a lot of the newsletter services out there boast about their $0 price tag, it comes with a lot of strings. Customization is often very limited and there’s a cap on subscriber count and once you hit it, you get slammed with fees. Flodesk is $19/month FOREVER. You could have 5000000000 subscribers (I wish, right?!) and it would still be FREEE.
